Virtual Author Chat - Jeannie Rivera

Virtual Author Chat - Jeannie Rivera Online

Join us for a virtual author chat with local children's author, Jeannie Rivera.

Jeannie Rivera is the award-winning author of Twirling Naked in the Streets and No One Noticed: Growing up with Undiagnosed Autism, and the middle-grade novel, Frederick Moody and the Secrets of Six Summit Lake. She has an MFA in Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University and is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.

When Jeannie is not making monsters come to life on the page, you can find her splitting her time between the Adirondack Mountains in NY and relaxing under the Florida sunshine.  She loves watching movies, swimming, reading, and traveling the world. She lives with her four boys, husband, dog, and two cats.

Fredrick Moody and the Secret of Six Summit Lake by Jeannie Rivera

Eleven-year-old Frederick Moody is on a mission to win his best friend back. To do this he must prove Bigfoot is real. When the class bully goes missing, and all evidence points to the creature, he gets his chance. But the clues don't add up. Now it's up to Fred and his former best friend Cindy to get along in order to solve the mystery--before it's too late.

A best friend to win back. A lost classmate to find. A Bigfoot mystery to solve.

And... time is running out.
