Make it your way, Knit or Crochet a Poncho - Part I In-Person

Join Karen for a Knit/Crochet -A -Long to make a poncho. You choose the yarn and knitting needles or hook and pick your stitch pattern! You will need approximately 1000 yards of Aran Weight yarn. Depending on the size of the poncho, Adult or child, you may use more or less yarn. Dimensions For a rectangle Poncho Pattern will be provided. So let's get creative and show off those knitting and crochet skills!  Advanced beginner and up. 

Due to room Avaialbility, the room will change and dates are going to be split up between May and June.. So please only register by email. Thank you.

Karen is a Librarian in the Adult Reference Department, she wears many hats.  She manages the website content, the Televsion Screen in the front of the library, handles meeting room requests, runs the Adult Summer Reading Program and of course you will see her working at the reference desk.

She is fully experienced with the library's many digital resources and is always will to help out anyone in need of assistance. 

Karen loves to read and also enjoys knitting, crochet and crafts. She has run the Thursday night,  Keep you in Stitches Knit and Crochet Group since 2005 and you may also join her on Zoom with the Monday Open  Knit, Crochet, Needlework Group.
