Early Readers Book Club In-Person
Join Miss Melissa for our brand new Early Readers Book Club!
This club is for Wayne children in kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grade.
Each child will be given a copy of the story to follow along while the book is read aloud. We will explore a variety of exciting stories including picture books, easy readers and chapter books. Children do not have to be fluent readers in order to participate. The read-aloud will be followed by a fun activity or craft that connects to the story. The book club will meet once a month.
Registration begins Friday, December 20th at 7:00 AM. Must be a Wayne resident to attend.

Melissa is a Children’s Librarian with a B.A. in History and a M.S. in Library Science. She enjoys leading story time classes for all ages, as well as paper crafting programs. Her areas of expertise include picture books and middle grade fiction. She enjoys connecting young readers with their new favorite books.
