Summer Anime Samplers! In-Person
Anime/Manga/Graphic Novel Club Presents: Summer Anime Samplers!
The Anime/Manga/Graphic Novel Club would like to invite you to join us in watching some anime samplers this summer! Come try something new or see an old favorite in these 1-3 episode runs of various anime shows, running from June through August. Fan favorites will be continued during our clubs.
This week we are showing Ouran High School Host Club, an anime series about Haruhi Fujioka, a scholarship student at the elite Ouran Academy, who is forced to join the school's exclusive Host Club after accidentally breaking a valuable vase. The Host Club, a group of attractive male students, earns money by entertaining the school's female students. Haruhi, disguising herself as a boy, becomes a Host, navigating the eccentricities of the club and the wealthy school while trying to keep her secret.
Anime fans may also want to join us for our YA or Adult Anime/Manga/Graphic Novel Clubs which meet monthly at the library.
