What if your child could understand the technology shaping the future — not just use it? The LearnAI Program is a prospective award-winning program based in Passaic County. Students can understand Artificial Intelligence through this program that encourages curiosity, problem-solving skills, and creativity. *NOTE: This is part 1 out of 2 classes. Child must register for both sessions. The LearnAI Program 2 Parts (Part 1-11/3, Part 2-11/10)
Open to Wayne kids & young adults from 3rd to 7th grade

About the teacher: Abdullah Zahir, the founder and teacher of "The LearnAI Program", received his pre-collegiate certification and degree in AI, Data Science and Machine Learning from Brown University in the summer of 2024. He served as the Lead Computer Science Teacher's Assistant at PCTI STEM Academy's Spring STEM Program, where he facilitated the learning of HTML/CSS, Python and Artificial Intelligence to over thirty middle schoolers. He additionally founded ShikhaAI, a one-of-a-kind artificial intelligence that develops AI generation videos without the usage of video-generation API to aid with young students who struggle in various school subjects. He has been running The LearnAI Program for 6+ months, with hopes to run it for much longer.

Lisa is the Young Adult & Marketing Librarian. She holds a B.F.A. in Graphic Design, an M.A. in Media Management, and an M.S. in Library Science. Lisa is originally from NYC with an extensive career in art direction for the publishing industry. Over a decade ago, Lisa changed careers to serve in her town's library. Lisa plans and develops all the programs for the teen community. Her passion is to be an inspiration to youths and to provide them with a robust Young Adult collection.
