Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey presents: Excavate a Dino Bone! (Entering grades 2nd - 4th) In-Person
Are you ready to dig into a fun and exciting dinosaur adventure? Join the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey for a hands-on paleontology activity where kids will uncover fossils just like real scientists! A rare “Ocellosaurus” bone has been discovered, and participants will excavate their very own fossilized dinosaur bone to take home. Perfect for curious kids who who enjoy discovery, creativity and adventure!
Open to Wayne children entering grades 2-4.
Bernadette is a Senior Librarian in the Children’s Department. She has a B.A. in English and a M.S. in Library Science. She researches and purchases children’s AV and books for the library collection as well as plans and coordinates kids programs. One of her favorite parts of the job is organizing the summer reading club. She enjoys working in such a great community and looks forward to helping everyone!
