"Crazy Daisy" Juliette Gordon Low: Intrepid Founder of the Girl Scouts In-Person / Online
Carol Simon Levin impersonates Juliette Gordon Low and tells how an impulsive, nearly-deaf, eccentric and fun-loving transatlantic socialite founded an inclusive movement that has empowered tens of millions of American girls.
Carol Simon Levin is an experienced storyteller and a member of the New Jersey Storytelling Network. She has always been fascinated by the history of technology, as well as women's history. She has previously presented Lunchbox Learning programs on Emily Roebling, the woman who helped to build the Brooklyn Bridge, and Ann Baumgartner Carl and the Women's Airforce Service Pilots (WASPs) of World War II, as well as other programs on famous women.
